The Washington County Fair offers the best in culture, educational, economic and social opportunities to all! The Fair is rich in tradition and history with a flare for the new and innovative. Each year the Fair grows in attendance, entertainment, exhibits and exhibitors. We encourage you to take in all that the Fair has to offer. Enjoy the rides and games, sample yummy food throughout the grounds, listen to some of the top musicians, check out the animal and project exhibits and of course, socialize with family and friends. Park your wheels in Dheinsville and travel back in time. German immigrants of the Hunsruck Mountain region founded this hamlet. Today all 22 of the original structures remain. The Germantown Historical Society now occupies the Christ Church Museum, the shoemaker’s house and the fire hall & barn. Stroll through a one-block area full of ethnic and historic flavor. Our visit Old Court Square Museum, a masterpiece of late 19th century architecture. The newly renovated museum displays exhibits on local business & industry, early settlers and more.
