Any claim, judgment, or award arising out of dispute or litigation hereunder, by or in favor of an entrant shall be limited to actual out of pocket cost incurred, but in no event attorneys fees, and no claim for punitive, incidental or consequential damages shall be allowed. This contest is sponsored by Ad-Lit, Inc. Each winner is solely responsible for any cost and expenses to claim and use their prize. In the event this contest is compromised by any cause beyond the reasonable control of Ad-Lit, Inc. which impairs the proper operation of the contest, Ad-Lit, Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the contest.
