  • 17 Wisconsin Dells - Riverfest 2010. Dells Riverfest invites athletes and spectators to celebrate Spring. Race your kayak in a 2K sprint from Blackhawk Island to Drinker's Landing or take a more leisurely 5K guided tour around the island. Race your body in a 5K loop from Drinker's Landing through Camp Wawbeek or walk the route at your own pace. Race your bike in a 30K loop through Adams County or tour it at a slower pace. The hardiest athletes may do all three in a staggered-start triathlon. Teams of two or three racers are also welcome to compete in the triathlon. Daughter of legendary sitar virtuoso and composer Ravi Shankar and half sister of jazz singer Norah Jones, Anoushka is a star in her own right. She has been performing on the sitar with her father and as a soloist since the age of thirteen. She received her first of two Best World Music Grammy nominations in 2003, the youngest ever nominee in that category. Anoushka's spellbinding sitar playing skilfully merges classical Indian, electronic and world music. Her ability to give the sitar new expression in a modern context has seen her collaborate with Thievery Corporation, Sting, Nitin Sawhney and Norah Jones.
