Ride along 130 miles of well-groomed snowmobile trails and explore a nearly endless variety of cross country skiing trails. The trails are connected to hundreds of miles of Vilas County trails, and thousands of miles of Northern Wisconsin trails. It’s no accident that our area continually wins awards for best snowmobile destination. It is also worth noting that Boulder Junction lies far enough north that we are well inside the U.P. snow-belt. We often receive lake effect snow that communities to our south do not receive.
