Late Summer Wisconsin Arts and Music Action!

It's grown-up time! The kids are heading back to school and the summer events, such as roller coasters, fairs, waterparks and swimming pools are becoming fond memories. As the first sign of fall is in the air, now is the time to indulge in some adult art events and music. Koko Taylor Celebrity Aid Foundation Blues Concert

Enjoy five great blues acts featuring performances by Koko, Eddy "The Chief" Clearwater, Osee Anderson, and more. Great music and great food will abound! Schedule: 2PM - Lisa Stange and the 3rd Shift Band, 3:30PM - Joe Barr and the Soul Purpose Band, 5PM - Osee Anderson, 6:30PM - Eddy "The Chief" Clearwater, and at 8PM Koko Taylor takes the stage. Crawford County Art Festival

Saturday and Sunday September 16-17 at Sugar Creek Park in Ferryville, Wisconsin The Driftless area is an inspirational setting to many talented artists and artisans, Its hills and valley are home to painters and potters, woodworkers and weavers, musicians and metalsmiths. This year, artists and artisans will gather again in scenic Ferryville, overlooking the Mississippi River. Spend a few hours strolling through the exhibits. Meet the artists and see the area that inspired them. Have a bite to eat and listen to some great music. Come and celebrate the beauty and artistry of the Driftless area. Coalition Blues Festival is On Tap for September 16

The Coalition Blues Festival. This year the Festival is bringing a slate of regional bands to Owen Park in Eau Claire, Wisconsin on Saturday, Sept. 16, featuring the headlining Lucy Creek Blues Band. The lineup includes the following: 10:30AM-Sparky and The Wipers, 12 Noon-Poppy & The Confluence, 1PM-Mojo Terry & The Boilermakers, 2:30PM-Howard Luedtke & Blue Max, 4PM-Skeeter Lewis & The Roger Ellis Project and at 5:30PM the featured artists, Lucy Creek Blues Band.
