Is Cash Bail a good thing? Or a bad thing? Is it effective at keeping people safe and stopping more crime? It depends on your PERSPECTIVE. Join us for a panel discussion of different perspectives for the practice of Cash Bail. The panel of perspectives will include: A representative from the Marathon County District Attorney’s office, Kathryn Yanke – Regional Attorney Manager – Wisconsin State Public Defenders, and Judge Moran.
