Founded more than 30 years ago, the Cedarburg Artists Guild has played an important role in fostering and promoting the arts throughout southeastern Wisconsin. What began as a small group of artists dedicated to raising awareness of the region’s growing creative community has evolved into an organization of more than 200 members representing the visual, literary, and performing arts. Today, the Guild continues its mission of encouraging creativity while promoting fine arts and crafts throughout Ozaukee and Washington Counties.
Adding to the festive atmosphere of the reception, the Gypsy Swing Chicks will perform an eclectic blend of music inspired by George Gershwin, Django Reinhardt, and traditional world music. Featuring violin, mandolin-dobro, keyboard, and upright bass, the ensemble delivers an energetic and engaging performance that delights audiences of all ages.
