We make our fudge - with the same old fashioned recipe since 1962 - daily in copper pots and use the old fashioned paddle method. We use real flavorings, extracts, butter & whipping cream, chocolate and the finest nuts. We carefully cook, pour, hand cut and hand package our fudge to seal in the freshness.
