This is the 83rd annual Milwaukee Holiday Parade and will feature approximately 100 units and take about one hour to pass a given point. Nov 22 - Nov 22 Milwaukee - Knightwind Ensemble in Concert. Music Director, John H. Steinke, conducts the Knightwind Ensemble on a journey through his own musical milestones. Works included are the Finale from the Fifth Symphony of Dmitri Shostakovich, Alfred Reed's Russian Christmas Music, and the March from the Symphonic Metamorphosis by Paul Hindemith. The stories of how those pieces became milestones will be revealed throughout the concert. General admission. Wisconsin Lutheran College, Schwan Hal, 8815 W. Wisconsin Avenuel. Let There Be Light is a concert by folksingers David HB Drake and Elizabeth Friedman of little known seasonal folk songs, original compositions and traditional carols. The program covers the spectrum of seasonal music spiced with sing-a-longs and good cheer! The songs are presented on guitar, banjo, dulcimer, and Native American flute.
