Jul 17 - Jul 20 Hayward - Honor the Earth Powwow. Honor The Earth is a traditional (versus contest) powwow. It is also the annual Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwe Homecoming Celebration featuring dancers, singers, drummers and vendors from all over. 8575N Round Lake School Road. Oct 25 - Oct 25 Hayward - Spook O' Rama Costume Contest. Annual Costume Contest! $2,700 in prizes for best costumes.
