Mar 23 - Mar 23 Chippewa Falls - Mu Daiko in Concert. Taiko is the Japanese word for "barrel-shaped drum"- and has become a fixture in the Asian American community. The Mu Performing Arts in Minneapolis brings this ritual drumming to the Heyde Center with five drummers and flutist, in addition to two daytime school performances for the public schools. Mar 24 - Mar 24 Chippewa Falls - Chippewa Falls Youth Hockey Ice Bowl. Bowling is taken to a whole new level of fun by converting the Chippewa Falls Ice Arena into a 16 lane bowling alley for one weekend of live music, food, beer garden, games, silent auction, a 3 x 3 tournament and of course bowling on ice.
