| Begins at Elk Lake Park Pavilion. Swim 1/4 mile in Elk Lake, bike 18 miles on rural roads and run 3 miles along Lake Duroy. Participants can enter the race as individuals or as a relay team. Awards: Top 3 Males, Females, Relay Teams, per age group Males, and per age group Females. Proceeds will benefit a local non-profit organization.
