43rd Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade in Milwaukee |

March 14th, 2009 Milwaukee
This year's parade steps off at noon, features 170+ units and includes local politicians and celebrities, floats, bagpipe and marching bands, Irish and Celtic organizations and lasts about 1.5 hours. Party to follow featuring live Irish music, dance and food. St. Patrick's Day 5K Run beginning at 11AM outside Mo's Irish Pub and ending at Pere Marquette Park for a post-run party. Many post parade parties will take place at various locations featuring Irish entertainment. Shopping carts will pick up non-perishable canned and packaged food along the parade route. Downtown. The Shamrock Club of Wisconsin has produced the Parade continuously since 1967.

Annual St. Patrick's Parade in Prairie du Chien |

Prairie du Chien is located in southwest Wisconsin along the Great River Road, which winds for 250 miles along the banks of the Mississippi River. On Saturday March 14, this beautiful riverside town welcomes all leprechaun "wanna-bes" and becomes Irish for a day! Attendees will enjoy the celebration of the green with a 10AM St. Patrick's Day parade featuring festivities and fun for the whole family following the parade at many local businesses along Blackhawk Avenue. Sponsored by the Prairie du Chien Area Chamber of Commerce. Downtown district.

31st Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade in Siren, WI |

Celebrate St. Patty's Day with a parade featuring area high school bands, local royalty and the St. Paul Winter Carnival Vulcans! Green beer, Corned Beef & Cabbage, and live Irish music is featured in local taverns and restaurants. 3rd Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade & Activities |

March 14th, 2009 Racine
Enjoy the area's only St Patrick's Day Parade with leprechauns, Irish dancers, beads, candy, Celtic music, bagpipes, pipe band music, floats, Irish wolfhounds and much more. The Parade will kick off from the corner of State and Main Streets at 12 noon and will head south on Main Street to 6th Street and then west on 6th Street to City Hall. It draws thousands of people of all ages to Downtown Racine to watch the parade and enjoy the festivities. Local organizations, businesses and clubs are encouraged to participate. There is no cost to be in the parade.

Karan Casey Band & St. Patrick's Day Party |

Commemorate all things Irish, in true, authentic style starting with the music. In this tradition, the Grand Theater is proud to present the Karan Casey Band. She has been critically acclaimed from Japan to America, with the Wall Street Journal praising her as "one of the true glories of Irish music today." Plan to linger after the show, as there will be a complimentary spread of gourmet Irish cuisine specially prepared by Rockman's Catering, along with a meet and greet with members of the Karan Casey Band. 7:30PM. St. Patrick's Day Parade & Irish Fest |

March 21st, 2009 New London
Wisconsin's largest St. Patrick's Day Parade at 1PM that includes marching & bagpipe bands and clan floats. Irish Fest with Celtic music, Irish food, beverages, and market booths is held 11AM to 6PM. The purpose is to bring together individuals of Irish descent or relationship (or those that wish they were) to celebrate being Irish! Events earlier in the week: Irish Caroling, Irish family entertainment, Finnegan's Wake, an Irish Ceili, and corned beef and cabbage served in local restaurants. (Finnegan's Wake is a parody of an Irish funeral and the Ceili is an Irish dance social for family and friends).
