A Tomahawk tradition for more than 40 years, the 43rd Annual Venison Feed takes place this year in downtown Tomahawk on West Wisconsin Avenue. Come celebrate the opening of hunting season with this unique event! Enjoy free venison burgers with chips and soda, served from 11AM until gone. Also, there will be a craft and bake sale hosted by TASC at the Senior Center (this event also has lunch available from 10AM-1PM). In Downtown Tomahawk.

Disney's Beauty And The Beast |

Presented by the Eau Claire Children's Theatre. Based on the extremely popular Disney movie, this Broadway version is full of music, color, dance and spectacular special effects. Characters like Lumiere, Cogsworth, Mrs. Potts, Belle and the Beast and songs like "Gaston", "Belle", "Be Our Guest" and the familiar title song. Since its launch in 1990, the Hubble Space Telescope has provided incredible images in unprecedented detail, and made an astonishing array of discoveries. This show looks at new views of the planets; peeks into stellar nurseries; shows visions of stardeath in its many forms; explorations of star clusters and galaxies; and views of the universe when the earliest galaxies first shone. View the universe through the eye of one of the world’s premier telescopes, coinciding with the final servicing mission the space shuttle will make to the telescope. 2PM. Wollersheim Winery Ruby Nouveau Tasting |

Taste the first release of the 2008 Ruby Nouveau wine in the winery Great Room along with an array of specialty Wisconsin cheeses. The Ruby Nouveau is an estate-grown dry red with enticing fresh flavors and a zesty finish. It is the perfect holiday wine as it is meant to be enjoyed young and pairs well with holiday foods, such as Thanksgiving turkey. Beth Crave of Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese will be on hand to answer questions and talk about their farmstead cheeses. 2008-2009 Alice in Dairyland, Ashley Huibregtse will also share in the celebration. 16th Annual Egg Harbor Holly Days |

Breakfast with Santa (Friday only at the Landmark Resort). Tree lighting ceremony on Friday at dusk in Harbor View Park. Free horse drawn wagon rides Friday and Saturday from Noon - 3PM. A local Girl Scout troop will be reading stories and will also be making Christmas ornaments with the children for $1.00 from Noon - 2PM at the Bertschinger Community Center. Children's scavenger hunt, 9th Annual Children's Christmas Store, storytelling and tree lighting ceremony at dusk in Harbor View Park. There isn't a better place than Bayfield during the holidays. The season officially begins when the town's Christmas tree is lit up at the Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony from 4:30-6PM on Saturday, November 29th. Following the ceremony, you can warm up in the Bayfield Lakeside Pavilion and enjoy delicious treats and hot beverages, while listening to Christmas carols performed by the Rittenhouse Inn Singers (until 8PM).
