Villa Louis - War of 1812 Battle Re-enactment |

Witness a historic encampment and battle re-enactment at Wisconsin's only War of 1812 battlefield - now the lawn of the Villa Louis. Learn firsthand about the July 1814 British assault on Fort Shelby in a battle scenario each afternoon, and tour the camps to learn about military life in 1814 during the last days of British reign. The historic Villa Louis mansion has just undergone a top-to-bottom documentary restoration that has returned the splendor of its 1890s heyday. A special grounds-only ticket will be available for a discount. Villa Louis, 521 N Villa Louis Road. 10:00AM to 5:00PM.

12th Phillips Area Charity Classic Muskie Tournament |

This catch & release muskie tournament is being held on the Phillips Chain of Lakes; $14,400.00 in total cash prizes (based on 60 two-person teams); $7,500 to 1st place winner, $3,000 second, $2,000 third, $1,000 fourth & $900 fifth.
