Nutrition, dressage, colt starting, showmanship – you name it, the topic will be covered, as Midwest Horse Fair gears up for one of the most educational events in its 28 year history. 2007 AAU State Girls Gymnastics Championships |

April 20-22, 2007 Wisconsin Dells
Open to all AAU registered gymnasts ages 4 and up. AAU Gymnastics provides the opportunity for boys' and girls' to learn the fundamentals of each apparatus. Competition is divided by the athlete's age and skill level. There are optional routines as well as set routines. All athletes must compete in this event to qualify for the AAU National Championships. Awards are given for each age group. This meet will qualify gymnasts to the AAU Nationals. Saturday: 7:30AM-6:30PM, Sunday: 8AM-6PM. Admission Fee: TBD. JustAgame Fieldhouse, 200 LaCrosse Street. |

Baileys Harbor Brown Trout Tournament |

Enjoy one of the premier fishing contests on Lake Michigan. Many Great Lakes anglers view it as the kick off to their season of fishing. Prizes are awarded for the top 60 heaviest fish with the grand prize valued at over $1500. Sponsored by the Park Falls Area Chamber of Commerce, this is Price County's largest Home, Sport, & Recreation Show. There will be daily entertainment & activities for all ages. Grand Opening of Aldo Leopold Legacy Center |

On June 5 2006, the Aldo Leopold Foundation started construction of an education and
interpretive center near the Shack, on land where Leopold died in 1948 fighting a
brush fire. Join the staff of the Aldo Leopold Foundation at the unveiling of this fantastic new center. The Legacy Center's Exhibit Hall will formally open in the afternoon with a special show of black and white photographs taken on the Leopold Memorial Reserve. Visitors are welcome from 1 to 5PM to enjoy a self-guided tour of the new facility. Please call for driving directions.

Sixth Annual Titletown Train Show |

Northeastern Wisconsin's premier train show with 40,000 square feet of model trains, operatng layouts and exhibits. Our annual event caters to the entire spectrum of model railroading, from beginners to avid Model Railroaders. Numerous vendors, door prizes, model judging contest, modeling clinics, and special children's activities. The show will again be taking place at the Shopko Hall, 1901 South Oneida Street, Green Bay, WI. Hours: 9AM-5PM Saturday and 10AM-4PM Sunday.

Kee Frame Film Festival in West Bend |

Concordia University Students have been holding a film festival for the last three years. Kee Frame Film Festival is comprised of student entries from both the high school and collegiate level. This year the competition will be juried by the audience and will award three main prizes totaling $600. All entries must be under 10 minutes in length and contain original material and soundtracks that are suitable for ages 13 and under. Deadline for all entries: April 26, 2007. The Best of the Big Top Chautauqua |

The Big Top Chautauqua will be performing the show "Best of the Big Top" in the Volm Theater at the Antigo High School. Their performance is sponsored by the Antigo Music Association. Five concerts are offered annually at Antigo's Volm Theater, and past performers have included the San Francisco Saxophone Quartet, the Dallas Brass Ensemble, the Sy Zentner Big Band, the Albert McNeill Singers and the Ontario Ballet.
